Ready to create? Desire to learn ? Happy to share his experience in Revenue Management? Welcome to WeYield! We aim to give our customers more freedom by helping them efficiently manage their car rental operations with our RM web applications through a single user experience.

Our approach is to solve multiple optimization problems using the latest technology and tools available. We like to test new solutions, new approaches to solve the problems of our customers and accompany them in this phase of change management.

What are these problems? Optimize the rental car fleet and maximize prices on their territories as part of a rapidly changing mobility market. WeYield is the leader in this approach and serves customers from all the world's brands: 70% of our revenues are generated for export.

Our team of RM pilots continues to grow in a spirit of start-up with great freedom of innovation and experimentation. Our approach: to help grow customers by setting up management and optimization tools.

We are looking for new pilots to participate with us in WeYield's international acceleration phase. You are curious ; you like to experiment new things and learn permanently ; you want to evolve an innovative RM tool in car rental. You can expect to be involved in new features with a multifunctional team of developers, UI / UX designers in order to make our customers successful.

If we work together you will...

  • assist clients (DG, commercial, operations) in the appropriation of WeYield applications through on-site and remote training
  • provide revenue optimization advices to new and existing customers as part of a change management process
  • co-build the application modules by being attentive to the expressed needs or not of the customers and will participate in the development of the new ones (forecast forecasting of the demand, optimization of the prices, optimization of the fleet, etc.)
  • embrace and carry our values: elevation, pedagogy, agility and commitment
  • collaborate with others to optimize our development process.
