Arturs, with over 25 years of experience in the car rental industry, began his career at Avis in Latvia.

His visionary approach to transportation economics led to a groundbreaking thesis on rental models, anticipating the shift from car ownership to renting.

He has a track record of founding a luxury car club in Russia, relocating to the US and Italy, and gaining recognition for driving sales growth and pioneering new market developments. His diverse industry experiences have deepened his understanding of sales and operational dynamics in a world led by technology.

Benjamin Hode
Revenue Management Consultant at WeBoost (Ex. Europcar Mobility Group, Europcar Atlantique)

Benjamin Hode started his career at Europcar Atlantique from 2006 to 2017, where he honed his skills in business intelligence, capacity management, and strategic pricing, catering to diverse Car Rental market segments.

Following this, he took on a pivotal role as the Revenue & Capacity Management Director at Europcar Mobility France's headquarters from 2019 to 2020. In this position, he was instrumental in driving profitable growth and streamlining the Car Rental business unit, while managing a dynamic team of 27 professionals.

Today, Benjamin has been applying his vast experience as an independent consultant and co-founder of We Boost, focusing on maximizing sales through Yield Management for companies in the hospitality, transportation, and Parking industries.

Shady Younis
Co-CEO at Advanced Car Rental Lebanon

Shady Younis is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in the car rental industry.

With over 22 years of experience, Shady has held key roles, where he has driven sales and marketing strategies. His dedication to customer satisfaction and relationship management has been a hallmark of his career, making a significant impact on the industry in Lebanon.

In addition to his impressive career in car rentals, Shady has expanded his horizons by becoming a certified scuba diving instructor. This transition has not only enriched his personal life but has also influenced his approach to training within Advanced Car Rental Lebanon.

Ignazio Pisano
VP Revenue Management (Ex. NH Hotels, Europcar, Center Parcs, Louvre Hotels)

Ignazio is a Revenue & Profit management expert who served in a variety of leadership roles across different industries, countries and companies. He led several transformation projects as well as revenue systems implementation and strategy redesign.


During his career he managed large teams of experts and strategists that contributed to plan and develop new business, defined innovative pricing strategies, implement world-class systems, achieving growth in both market share and profits.
