WeYield’s adventure begins!

2012

Emmanuel Scuto creates WeYield focusing on car rental revenue management consulting to serve franchisees or independent operators around the world under an outsourcing concept.

Emmanuel de Brosses joined him as partner and first Revenue Manager. Tools were only for an in-house use and pdf were sent to the clients every week

Saas and Rateshaker!

2014

WeYield starts migrating its optimization tools on the cloud and enters the Saas industry. “Rateshaker” is created : the first automatic rate shop analyzer !

Our “Cocktail“ will change your world!

2015

WeYield raises funds and jumps into the full Saas world with the help of Pierre-Nicolas Tolllitte as CTO and Grégoire Chauvet as Developer.

“Cocktail” is born and clients get the power of daily refreshed data to analyze their activity.

Pure software!

2016

WeYield serves 50 car rental companies around the world from Independent to Franchised of international networks.

More piloting features are added to go deeper into the demand and fleet analysis and the monitoring of the market prices.

WeYield keeps growing!

2018

The design of the applications has been completely revamped.

Initially developed in dark mode, a new user interface and user experience have been launched to make reading easier and give users easier access to the revenue management system.

New team new chapter!

2019

A new chapter starts with a new team. Christian joins WeYield as CTO and takes over the development team. Two new Customer success managers join the WeYield Team : James Godfrey from the United Kingdom and Noémie Chaffurin.

Great new features are added and the AI demand forecast is released.

2020

During the health crisis that has brought the world to a standstill, WeYield is helping its clients prepare for the reopening of borders and the impressive acceleration in demand in 2022.

WeYield and RateHighway have joined forces in a partnership

2023

The partnership between WeYield and RateHighway enhances value for clients by combining expertise in revenue management and pricing solutions. This collaboration offers comprehensive solutions to optimize revenue, benefiting businesses in the car rental industry.

New modules launched

2024

New modules are being launched to continue offering WeYield customers greater autonomy: Rateshop Planner, which allows users to define queries to monitor market prices, and Target, the first simulation tool for planning the following year's activity.

Global Expansion & Skills Benchmarking

2025

WeYield expands into the Americas (United States, Canada, and Latin America) and supports more customers through its transformation plan.

The performance assessment questionnaire is published to evaluate revenue management skills “before and after.”

New modules: pricing recommendation

2026

The pricing recommendation tool is the final step in the revenue management process. A new approach based on daily rates and demand-based pricing is revolutionizing the traditional model based on duration and associated with competitors' pricing positioning in the market.

It is not trivial for a revenue manager to participate in technical development debates or a developer to participate in a yield meeting with our customers. I am CEO and founder of WeYield with 25 years of passion about revenue performance acceleration in the revenue management field (hotels, theme park, car rental), I created WeYield in 2012.

I am here to help car rental operators who want to change in piloting their business with more agility and freedom while improving their performance. I like being able to participate in the transformation of the organizations. Working with WeYield's revenue managers and engineers gives me a lot of energy to create new features and approaches.

Anne-Claire believes operational excellence happens when clear structure meets care for people. As COO of WeYield, she oversees the customer journey from first engagement to long-term success. With 25+ years in finance, project leadership, and entrepreneurship, she brings a structured, human-centered approach to scaling organizations, aligning teams to deliver a strong customer experience, and connecting strategy with measurable outcomes.

Her work focuses on leading change management initiatives and Learning Center programs, combining project management certifications with training in coaching and adult learning to turn strategy into tangible results. Outside of WeYield, Anne-Claire also serves as a call room manager at international fencing competitions, where she operates at the intersection of athlete focus, scheduling constraints, and high-pressure environments.

Christian’s expertise was forged through a unique blend of academic research and entrepreneurial leadership. A former university teacher with a Doctorate in Computer Science (game theory and graph algorithms) he also founded a software company before leading technical teams in the fintech sector.

At WeYield, he steers the Product & Innovation team, applying machine learning to refine time-series forecasting and dynamic pricing. For Christian Cadéré, innovation is as much about shared knowledge as it is about using advanced algorithms. He approaches his role as CTO with the conviction that technical excellence should serve as a bridge to clarity for car rental operators.Driven by a passion for R&D, he finds his balance in the precise architecture of code, a craftsmanship that echoes his interest in the harmony of music and computing.

As an Essec alumnus who has scaled growth within the startup ecosystem, Mathieu provides a balanced perspective that marries corporate process with entrepreneurial agility.

At WeYield, he is driven by the conviction that data only reaches its true potential when bridged with actionable results and supported by Expert coaches. This endurance defines his life as a hiker and runner with several long-distance roads on his palmares. Whether scaling a mountain or a market strategy, he remains focused on the consistent effort required to reach the summit.
